WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

We believe investing now will bring long-term returns to investors. We don’t see tulipmania. We see the railroads of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century: we believe blockchain and related technologies are deeply transformative.

02

WHY INVEST? WHY NOW?

Cryptocurrencies currently represent a small percentage of the world’s money supply (less than 0.5% of M2). This number will surely increase in the coming years. A rise to 3% would bring a 10x return.

WHY SIMOLEON? WHY SPRING?

  • We are an FCA-regulated investment manager with $700m under management and a proven track record of investing in emerging asset classes over long periods of volatility. We are building a long-term business through superior performance.
  • We are aligned with our investors.
  • We established Simoleon Long-Term Value to provide investors with a safe way of owning cryptocurrency.
  • The security of crypto assets of our portfolio is paramount to us. We put continuous effort to make sure that trading and storage of assets are safe.
  • We understand that success requires hard work. We have reviewed over 100 ICOs, tokens and currencies, and are constantly studying the space.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

  • Blockchain is here to stay.
  • A long-term portfolio based on fundamental value analysis will generate sustainable returns.
  • Risk management – including both crypto-specific risks (storage, security) and traditional portfolio risks (concentration, correlation) – is a critical element for all portfolios. For crypto portfolio this is particularly true.
  • Investors should have a modest though meaningful investment in cryptocurrencies. The challenges of the market will reward those who invest through focused, experienced managers.
  • We understand that success requires hard work. We have reviewed over 100 ICOs, tokens and currencies, and are constantly studying the space.
